Y4MA Intermediate Math Competition

Congratulations to the St. Julia Billiart Math Olympic Team consisting of Avery N, David M, Maria V, and Kaylynn J. They competed in the Y4MA intermediate competition at Middlefield Collegiate in Markham. Congratulations go out to the Intermediate Girls Basketball team on their impressive season. Reducing Plastic Bag Waste in the St. Julia Community

The Eco Club will be facilitating the “Plastic Bag Grab” challenge from Monday, April 15th – Friday, April 26th. The challenge encourages schools to leave and take action on plastics waste by reducing their use, while collecting discarded plastic bags for recycling in their schools and beyond. Pause to Play

April 8 – 12
St. Julia Billiart will be participating in York Region’s Public Health event “PAUSE TO PLAY”  Students are challenged to put their TV’s, gaming devices, tablets and computers on “pause” for one full week.  Instead they are encouraged to participate in active outdoor play.  Students can track their success with the student activity log and hand it in ...
