Congratulations to the St. Julia Billiart Math Olympic Team consisting of Avery N, David M, Maria V, and Kaylynn J. They competed in the Y4MA intermediate competition at Middlefield Collegiate in Markham. Congratulations go out to the Intermediate Girls Basketball team on their impressive season. Due to their dedication and hard work the girls managed to win at Divisionals, come second at Areas and go on to represent our area at the Board level championship tournament. The Eco Club will be facilitating the “Plastic Bag Grab” challenge from Monday, April 15th – Friday, April 26th. The challenge encourages schools to leave and take action on plastics waste by reducing their use, while collecting discarded plastic bags for recycling in their schools and beyond.
