Welcome Back

Welcome back to all of our families, and a special welcome to the new families who will be joining our St. Julia Billiart Catholic School community!

Classes resume on~Tuesday, September 6th, 2016.

Yard supervision begins at 8:45 a.m. each morning.

On the first day of school, teachers will be out in the yard with their class lists. First name & last initial of students will also be posted in the lineup area in the back yard from 8:45 a.m.-9:00 a.m. For the first day,~only, parents/guardians may accompany their child into the yard.

In case of inclement weather: Kindergarten students will go to their classes, and grades 1-8 will gather in the gymnasium.

The Kiss & Ride at the West side of the school remains the same. Safety patrollers will not be trained until the end of the month therefor we ask for your assistance in driving as far as possible when dropping your children. Please use the Kiss & Ride if your children are independent in exiting the car by themselves. Please park on the side roads for parents wishing to get out of the car. Due to the large number of staff we ask that parents do not park in the main parking lot as this area is for staff only.

Please watch for important information coming home the first week, including the school newsletter, CSC election information and yearly forms that must be completed and returned.

Looking forward to a wonderful year of learning, growth, partnership and collaboration!

Sincerely,

Laura Sawicky, Principal
Fady Samaha, Vice Principal
